The two metals represent durability and flexibility needed to sustain a loving union. You should find something on the Etsy link from Lizzie72.

I live in Cornwall and when MrM and myself married 5 years ago, we had wedding rings made with a band of Cornish tin inset into them.

Oh that's lovely! My daughter and her wife were married in August and they too live in Cornwall and had gold rings with Cornish tin in them.

How about looking on Red Letter Days on Google or Buy a Gift for ideas such as tea at the Ritz, champagne at the Shard in London, tickets for theatre, lunch/dinner at restaurants, personal gondola on the London Eye (I experienced this with hubby with personal waiter serving champagne and strawberries dipped in chocolate). I’m sure you’ll find something to suit your budget.

I had a photo book of the ten years they have been together

How about a voucher for a meal out? or offer to babysit so they can go out? - assuming they have children?

10 is tin. Not the easiest, unless you can find something really nice that goes in a tin

We only buy small token presents for our children’s anniversaries. Previous years have ranged from a leather key fob, a bronze coloured candle holder and a small pottery house with open spaces at the windows and doors with a tea light inside This year a 10th (tin) gift was a set of coasters with a tin edge and holder. They were delighted especially as the centre was a red glass which is a favourite colour. All gifts have been very happily received but I think the key is to keep it as small and relevant as possible. I often make a little note inside the card in case they’re not aware of the number/ gift link.

This is for tenth anniversary

Tenth Year Anniversary
Tin is the symbol for the tenth anniversary with daffodils as the associated flower. The idea is that tin is used for storing and preserving things. For a landmark wedding anniversary tin seems a rather uninspiring association. Happily, there is also an associated gemstone of diamonds and, finances permitting, most women would probably prefer to receive a present of diamond jewellery than a decorative item made of tin.
