Hi all, going to try and join in with this lovely chatty group. Only trouble is at the moment I seem to be missing the mornings. Honestly there are times with no help from anything, when I can sleep for England and last night I was in bed on the dot of ten and slept through to nearly. 10. 30 this morning. Then a cup of coffee in bed before managing toget a shower and dress_. Is no wonder I say where has the day gone. But in my defence I did have some very painful trigger point injections in my back, 5 each side of the spine,on Wednesday
evening and I was told I would feel rough for a few days. and I do. But I am not the only one and I hope the others recover soon. It was lovely to hear about a gran child being born,, I have 5 but all adults now but there is nothing so lovely as a baby so congrats, I will hear all the gossip again tomorrow, hopefully a bit earlier

Hello Barmeyoldbat, love the name! I’m usually reporting from my bed. I spent years getting up at ungodly hours for work, now I’m retired catching up with the day’s news while enjoying my morning tea in bed is my daily gift to myself smile

Welcome Barmeyoldbat. I’m another one who types my message from my bed whilst enjoying my morning cuppa.
Hope are feeling better after your injections …. Ouch!

Glad some of you are getting flu jabs. None available in some parts of the North West

I’m in the North West Emily and I had mine 2 weeks ago, so some supplies have been getting through. Hope you don’t have to wait too long.
