At least the Daily Mail makes clear that this is a man, despite referring to him as 'she'.
Many other reports claim throughout that this is a woman.

HE (he's got a penis, he's a man, he's got male chromosomes, will ALWAYS be male, no matter what) should be sent to a prison for men.

I have said before I fully support anyone undergoing the very difficult process to trans. but if that person still has male genitalia they are men and, if they break the law, should be treated as such.

Some defendants falsely claim to identify as women in the hope they will receive lighter sentences and serve their time in a female prison giving them access to vulnerable women

He is, as Maudi says, making a fool of the justice system and of all of us.

This manipulation of trans-rights has to stop.

I am surprised that some think it is fine for a male paedophile convicted of bestiality to shelter under the umbrella of transrights.

Obviously some in the CJS think this is acceptable as this would otherwise be disallowed.

I didn't think the original post was in any way antagonistic. Lots of posters have been quite clear what they object to with respect to trans rights and language used and laws changed and how that may impact vulnerable women (or children as stated) and this is an example of why those changes in law need to be considered carefully.

It is a report of a crime that genuinely happened and this vile male person could very well be imprisoned with women.

Do you know where this unit is trisher, I don't think it's been widely publicised? I wonder why this problem has only recently arisen given that trans people have been amongst us for ever, it can't be that transpeople have only just begun committing crimes. Out of interest are transmen currently housed in the male estate does anybody know?
