Exactly that really. They were allowed to take part with a positive drug test, but this is much more serious.

The greater impact the consequences of Putin’s sick mind has on civilians the sooner they will seek change. The absolute scope and inplausibility of Putin’s lies reminds me of Trump at his best (or worst), but thank heavens it’s not Trump in the Whitehouse
