Just watched the forecast. I can’t bear the thought of 30 degrees plus. I do not know what to do this weekend. DH will be away. Normally I would go out for the day, but not in this heat, apart from maybe a drive with the air con on. There is lots of gardening and housework needs doing, but not in this heat.

I did an hour's walk earlier, trying to stay in the shade - forecast is for 32C later but I think it will go higher 
I'll try to not slob around for the rest of the day!
