Good Morning Everyone,
Its dry and twilight here in brackley this morning.
Todays plans bus to Bicester for usual break , and return home for lunch .
Health wise , weight slowly gaining ,and in the other area those Leopardine capsules have helped as well .
I am enjoying my Wiltshire Farm meals, finding them filling as a portion.
Take Care,
Mick

A late good morning from Giffnock, children in school and about to tackle the ironing before going home.

I’m envious of your holiday Sago, I hope you have a wonderful time. My DH and I made many journeys like that and the best memories are from the joys of being in towns and villages off the beaten track.

May things settle down for you grandMattie, yesterday sounds horrendous.

Good decision baubles and glad that your DH has a full week of antibiotics before your holiday, that should make quite a difference.

Best wishes to everyone.

Good morning, rather late, from coastal West Sussex. I met up with a former work colleague on the beach in Hove yesterday. I hadn’t seen her since before Covid so lots to catch up on. Stupidly, as it was cloudy to start with, I hadn’t put on sun protection and being absorbed in conversation I didn’t remember. I arrived home with very red arms.

I am quietly panicking as I haven’t properly packed yet for a festival we are going to for the weekend. DH is a volunteer and has to be there tomorrow so we will be leaving first thing. We will have the campervan with some provisions already stashed but the weather looks to be cooler and showery by Friday so all types of clothing and footwear required. Gala, we have the same problem with decision making and planning. We’ve always been indecisive but it’s getting more stressful - I used to be happy to be “spontaneous”!

Glad you are continuing to improve and settle back into your routine, Mick. Sago, your Spanish trip sounds lovely, as does your Orkney trip Scapal.

I’d better bite the bullet and do my packing. I will be off-grid until after the weekend so wish you all well with whatever you are doing.
