Good morning all from a dreich day in Glasgow. Heavy rain and gusts of high wind doesn’t make for a pleasant day.

I would rather not, but unfortunately I have a bloods appointment early afternoon.
Welcome to the fracture clinic Blossoming. My, hopefully last fracture experience was tripping in the garden and fracturing my hip and knee, so easily done at this age. Hope you heal soon.
What a frightening experience for you Dusty 💐 I hope you DH will be allowed home soon.
I noticed a few houses and gardens with Halloween decorations which was fun to see. Wondering if this is an annual ‘thing’ now before we see extravagant Christmas offerings next month.

Best wishes to all for a good day and a better day for all with worrying times.

Good morning all, and I hope Storm Ciaran isn't hitting too badly. What a dreadful October that was - I just hope November can offer us something a little better otherwise it's going to be a looooong winter!
Glad Olddudders is back with you Ash - enjoy your together time
I love your little patio Mizuna. Enjoy your "baby"sitting.
Blossoming ouch! flowers
flowers to you too Dustyangel and I hope it's not too long a wait until you get news of DH. Waiting is the hardest.
Your poor sister Bluesapphire - that must be everyone's worst nightmare. I hope you get better news of her soon.
I can still identify with the Poor Sleepers Brigade. I was sure I would sleep last night .......
But never mind - lots to get on with today, and yesterday was a lovely day and the washing was dry by the time I got back from tai chi. Now for the ironing!
Stay safe, dry and warm everyone x

Another here thinking of dusty and her husband. Anxiety is my default mode now so I do empathise with her worries. I hope her husband is home soon. x

And Blossoming what a shock for you. You have an amazingly kind husband beside you, thank goodness. I hope you’re not too uncomfortable while you heal again. x

Good morning on All Saints Day. Wild, wet and windy here.
No guisers last night. The school and nursery really went to town for Hallowe’en and with the poor weather I think the young children stayed home. I will have to eat the treats myself.
The sewing machine is set up ready to make some table mats and runners for next month.
Take care in this wild weather all.
