Good morning from Sunnyside northwest coast.Scraping I’m by the skin of my teeth…
I sent a heated throw to my poorly friend and she received it yesterday, I love mine even though it is so cosy it sends me to sleep watching tv before I’m ready to go.

Will take the decs down today and carry on reading the book for the bookgroup, which this time I’m enjoying as didn’t enjoy the last one and it’s a pain struggling through something you don’t like. I put it aside about a third of the way through.

Good (very late) morning from coastal West Sussex. I lay in bed dozing and listening to the radio and have missed the morning dry spell. It has been getting darker and darker this past half hour.

So many replies I would like to make in response to all the postings but as it is so late I will just say that I hope all of those with pain find relief and distraction and that those worrying about sick family members and friends hear of improvements.

Baggs, so sorry to hear that your DD’s condition has worsened. I hope they can give her some further treatment to slow things down. Well done with your swimming! I’d like to learn front crawl properly - I must see if I can have some lessons.

Off to continue with tidying and sorting - I can see the spare bedroom floor now 🙂

Good Morning from New Zealand. It's 5 January here and currently 19 degrees at almost 2am. Quite high humidity. Not sleeping very well at the moment. I can hear the ships loading in the port and the rescue helicopter has just flown in to the hospital
