I have always felt uncomfortable about KG's television programmes about DD. I had sympathy about DD's plight which obviously had a huge impact on her life but I never wanted to watch or read about it beyond an update on how his recovery was going. That said, I suspect that like many other people who find themselves caring for an invalid, she probably found herself dealing with everything by crisis management and didn't really have the time to make her decisions in the way you normally would.
Going to sleep every night with that clutching feeling in your intestines because you are worried about money, medical equipment, supplies, children, etc might make you decisions slightly different than somebody who doesn't have all this going on. I don't know whether KG initially had an LPA for DD but if she didn't, I assume that she acted within the law for everything she did for DD.
As for KH, she is just a nasty piece of work. Her only value might be highlighting people who agree with her in such places as GN. I never read what she writes.
