Good news that Catherine is being seen again since her operation with a lovely family photo taken last week for Mother’s Day. Yes it’s the DM.

So what if it’s the DM?

Lovely to see her looking well.

Yes, a lovely photograph

I saw it on BBC Breakfast news, the photo was taken by the Prince of Wales.

Beautiful photo, of a beautiful family.

Hope she’s doing well on the road to recovery. I like her.
However, I’ve just read a few of the comments and a lot are saying that it’s an old picture - as the shrubs or whatever behind the family are in full leaf.

A beautiful photograph, very appropriate for Mothering Sunday, and it's good to see her looking so well.

So are some of ours here in the S E.

Those shrubs are not "in full leaf" - they are looking exactly like my own shrubs in the garden, just coming into leaf.

Gardens in the south of England, as Windsor is, will be ahead of those in the colder north.

I saw this lovely photo on the BBC news website, which I look at every morning.
Pleased to see her looking so well.

That is such a lovely photograph.

Joseann Sun 10-Mar-24 10:47:04

It's a nice photo. She looks very happy, as do all mothers being cuddled by their children today.

Georgesgran Sun 10-Mar-24 10:49:55

Good Sparkle and GG13 - thanks for those comments. Up here in the frozen north, I’ve a single tete a tete flowering in my garden and other than evergreens, there’s no sign of Spring. (yet).

Aveline Sun 10-Mar-24 10:53:57

So pleased to see this lovely photo of Catherine and the children. They all look so happy.

Yes, but I bet Catherine arranged the composition!!

RosiesMaw Sun 10-Mar-24 15:15:33

It’s lovely - so nice to see her “back” !

And as for the conspiracy theorists and naysayers who think this is an old picture or faked, I do not believe for one nanosecond the Waleses stoop to the sort of dodgy dealings others have been guilty of.

Calendargirl Sun 10-Mar-24 16:10:22

Just studied the picture more closely.

The first time I have not seen her wearing her engagement and wedding rings.

The big sapphire is very noticeable usually.

(Nothing sinister about this, just an observation).

Prince Louis has his fingers crossed.

It’s a lovely photo.
We have some shrubs bursting into life now, along with lots of spring flowers and I live much further north than the Wales’s.

My daughter always did that. i think it’s a nervous thing.

Purplepixie Sun 10-Mar-24 18:47:58

When I had my hysterectomy on 22nd January I took my rings off and still havent put them back on. Nothing sinister. A beautiful photo of a beautiful family and I am so pleased that she is ok and looking happy.
