Sunshine (a little), rain (loads) in Kent. Managed to stay dry whilst walking the dogs, but still too wet to garden. So, Storm Katherine is next! Bring it on!!! 🙄

I had a big tantrum about it the other day, whining about how I have a life too, and I want to be able to go somewhere someday, without having to think about washing.


I worked myself up into a real paddy. (Not that himself took any notice!)

Off to London today, of course it’s absolutely peeing it down, going to rain every day, to add insult to injury, I take this all very personally, apparently no tubes or trains into Colchester on Monday when I need to get back, there are no words ……..

Off to meet a friend for coffee wouldnt it be nice to arrive not looking like a bedraggled rat
The grey damp, windy, days are getting me down even my gardens saying ‘Enough’

Good morning from North Manchester. Ten minutes ago I was telling that spaniel we’d be out for a good walk this morning, it’s now raining and increasingly dark. That spaniel dislikes rain even more than I do. Time to sort out my admin then

The relentless rain is now coming in through the roof. The roofer has been and will be back to fix it and still the rain pours down.
The building is very old and not coping well in this weather. A bit like me.

And now Storm Kathleen is on her way, well she can just bugger off from where she came from ☹️
