Good Morning Everyone,
A dry but cloudy start here in brackley this morning.
Today my usual trip to Bicester ,seem to spend quite awhile talking to friends and former workmates .
Lunch Air Fryer today as to Fish and Chips .
Then watch cycling and avoid a snooze if I can.
Take Care,
Mick

Good morning Mick and all from cloudy Lancashire, currently 11°C.

I did very little yesterday after feeling unwell. I had a slice of toast for lunch and a bowl of pea soup and a yogurt for tea. I didn’t feel hungry but MrB insists. It rained heavily for much of the day so I didn’t miss much. I have a few new bruises but can’t remember bashing myself. One is on the inside of my arm in a fairly inaccessible place. I had a very much better night last night and am ready to face the world again. No real plans, just another day of housework and pottering.

Stilllearning I used to hate trying to get hold of my ‘numbers’! The NHS app allows me to access them in full now, which is marvellous but your GP practice has to be signed up to it.

Have a good weekend, whatever you’re doing 🌹

Good Morning from a very chilly Co Armagh
I’m glad you put the day in your heading Mike , I was convinced it was Saturday when I got up this am
I’m back in socks and shoes and a warm cardigan ! At least I did make the most of the sunny days
I’ve had a painful ear all week , I got drops which have helped , but how are we supposed to keep them in the ear ? I felt them running down my neck , so I had to lie on my side on the bed four times a day 😳
Wishing everyone the best day possible x

Good afternoon from a very grey day here in the East Midlands. Another blooming boring bank holiday. Fed up.
