What are you up to today?

Decided to redo my patio, brushing sand in between the cracks, looked so much better the last time I did it but with all the rain it’s washed out.
Cut the lawn and tidied the boarders. My sunflowers are doing really well this year, had to go out and buy longer canes for them. Now just sat with my feet up before starting tea.

Getting ready for family.
First of 3 groups this summer.

Not quite what the table is meant for but I’ve earned it!😂

Today I had my 3 year old DGS and took him to a play group. Took him home and DD made me lunch, a chicken salad with a delicious dressing.
A quick pop home to be greeted by two bouquets.
Then off to a friends house to sort out craft projects for next term at the craft club that we run.
This evening I shall catch up with a on line art class.

I have just been out to feed my tomatoes.
Unfortunately, ( being vertically challenged) I couldn't quite reach the ones in hanging baskets. I have just had a shower of tomato feed.It is in my hair and all over my face and clothes. I am an eejit!

Hadn't thought of sand for the patio. It may be too late as the cracks are full of weeds.

Went to Pilates then garden centre and then Tesco. Popped into farm shop for meat and now home crashed in the garden with my book. I feel shattered!! My get up and go has truly gone. DH has left his breakfast and lunch plates etc on the side he has half done the ironing and left ironing board up in lounge with TV on loud and sound asleep in the garden. What has been ironed needs putting away!! How I wish someone would clear up after me 😂

Not a lot, as I’ve had a busy few days and am now recuperating, so spending the day, reading, on GN and doing a very small amount of weeding plus went to the hygienist.

kircubbin2000 Mine at the front are like that. I got most of the weeds out then poured salt into the cracks, worked s treat last year.
