I don't want to rain on anyone's parade but I don't think the phrase 'personus non gratus' exists. I think persona is like agricola and nauta in that it takes a feminine form and 'grata' has to agree.
I am probably wrong as it is close on 60 years since Latin O'Level.Oh thank you ๐
Yes, persona non grata does apply to a person of any sex, but I perhaps shouldn't have coupled it with Felis Catus which is a masculine noun and applies to cats of either (or any) sex!
