Morning from a cold and snowy Co Durham. We took Dgd and her friend for tea in our local pub/ restaurant, two very well behaved 10 year olds who demolished their chosen meals.
Dgd got herself up and dressed, ate her breakfast and left for school with no hassle. I then decided to walk to my hairdresser rather than de-ice the car. Maybe not a good decision as the footpaths were very icy.
Fgt so pleased for you both. Annypop such good news.

It’s just started snowing heavily in North Wiltshire. That wasn’t in the forecast.

Good morning from a bright Co Armagh, it hasn’t snowed here but we had sleety rain yesterday and most of the night
The cold and damp aren’t good for pains ! I couldn’t get comfortable last night , it was 5 before I gave in and downed a couple of paracetamol, I should have taken them earlier
Nothing planned today , yesterday was busy , shopped , made soup , looked to see what I could throw out of the freezer , a couple of unlabelled , unsavoury looking lumps made it to the food recycling,

Good afternoon everyone!

It's 2.2C here in little Appleby at 1:12pm! Cold enough to freeze the wool off a beach ball and I'm loving every second of it!

I went to my favourite local cafe this morning as I do twice monthly and stuffed my face with a Full English. a can of Coke, and a glorious cake!

The nasty menopause kept me awake last night again so I spent time in the livingroom hugging a hot water bottle, guzzling mugs of PG Tips and reading The Zealot's Bones book by DM Mark, totally engrossed in it!

Good afternoon all, hope everyone is enjoying this chilly Tuesday☃️❄️. Kind thoughts to anyone struggling with worries or health. Snow nearly all gone from my little patch in the Black Country, thank goodness! Nice to look at, not so good when having to be out and about. Have a lovely evening, keep cosy.
