Like and so when used at the wrong time, like at the beginning of sentences

" Can I get" as in Can I get a cup of tea etc... No it's, "Please can I have a cup of tea?" Or, "Please may I have a cheese sandwich."

Unprecedented - barely heard it before the pandemic and now just about everything is unprecedented
