Online clothes company that keeps changing its name

Magenta8 PayPal were useless when I complained about something I bought that turned out to be shipped from China and they said I had to return it, which would have cost more than what the actual item cost. If I returned it by sea it would have taken months to get there and if I had returned to it other way it would have cost a lot of money. It was a magnetic building toy which I was buying for my grandson who would have been about 15 months as I was buying it for a Christmas present and it was nothing like the picture, and as it had magnets in it, it would have been dangerous. It's disgusting that these unsafe toys are allowed to be sold. I never got the money back. It was about three years ago and I've never used PayPal since. If I remember rightly I got about £10 back from the bank, after complaining that they didn't get back to me, but I lost about £15

I am gradually losing all my back teeth top and bottom, as you can imagin this is disdastorus with regards to my hopes of evr finding a partner again ( bus driver Mr Perfect traded me in foryounger model after almost 10 years together!) Those dam denture adverts really boil my piss as it were, the pictures and videos dont even agree what the actual dentures LOOK like and they all appear to be the same, low or high price, they are profiteering on peoples misery and should not be allowed ( no I didn['t buy any, but several youtubers did and did unboxing vids) I am feeling soo desperate I do check the ads out but they are all the same scammy scummy crap

One to watch out for in recent weeks is a company selling what they claim are handmade bags. Decorated with dragons or cats and they look lovely but cannot imagine what cheap tat you will receive instead. Can’t remember the name but it’s 2 female names and I think one is Linda.

I ordered a chemistry set from Project Montessori — sounds really educational, no? —-in good time for a gc birthday.
Never arrived in time, and when it did, it came from China.
I could have bought a nuclear lab myself for the same price from Temu!

I am always puzzled by these lovely designs - why does someone not actually make the real thing? Or maybe they do but at outlets that are way out of my budget!

Often someone does make them - and these firms pinch the photos for marketing and make cheap copies to send out to people who order.

Or they make up one good example in the material they claim, to photograph, but make the production runs as cheaply and quickly as possible. There are delays in despatching orders, and difficulties in returning the fake ones are built into the transaction, so that they can give you the choice of waiting forever or accepting a refund of a fraction of what you paid, then they don't even have to make as many as they get orders (and money) for.

I just want to find the lovely garments from a legit seller ....

How do these Companies get to keep advertising if they have so many complaints. And are plainly scams.

Don't know how online and mobile phone advertising works. But surely these companies pay for these adverts.

Are the any regulatory organisation or bodies?
