Mine are on the big side, woodmouse - a third of a ‘best’ sausage inside half a rasher of streaky bacon.

I simmered the turkey giblets for ages yesterday for the gravy, then spilt half of the results, and very belatedly realised that I’d forgotten the neck - which was in the other end, so that’s gone in for another simmer today.
Still, if that’s the only mini disaster with this dinner, I won’t be complaining.
Nearly time for some Buck’s Fizz! Cheers, everybody! ?

At least tge turkey farm swapped our bird for something a lot smaller, or we would have been eating it till Easter!

24 here, but there's another lot in the freezer! Again, just me and Mr P, but I can guarantee that not a single one will be wasted!

About middle finger size. Some, I don’t know where they came from ,are plant based ? They look very unappetising.

Pigs in blankets are a must on Boxing Day so don't eat them all tomorrow.

Merry Christmas Witzend and everybody.

Throw a few sprouts in that should be enough Witzend. Merry Christmas ,!,

Will that be enough, do you think? tchgrin

Anyway, off to bed now - it’s half past eleven and I need to get to sleep before Father Christmas comes.
Happy Christmas, everybody! ????
