Anyone for a weird dinner?

I couldn't be bothered to cook tonight.

Is it just me eating this bizarre combination or anyone else having a dash around the fridge & cupboards?.....

....round of smoked salmon sandwiches, a dish of random olives, 4 mini sausage rolls, 1 cold stuffing ball, a dollop of coleslaw, a handful of cherry tomatoes and a spring onion.

Followed by a tiny (wasn't worth not eating) slice of chocolate gateau, a spoonful of cream, a satsuma and 3 dates.

My meal ( above) was quite tasty. I added a small sausage roll. I think the veg actually tasted better second time around.

I made and froze heaps of bubble and squeak. Love it so will last me a while
