Daytime relaxation for me is doing a spot of gardening - I find pottering about the garden is quite therapeutic.
If I need to really relax and put my feet up then home spa treatments and a bubble bath! I'll be in so long I'll have to top up with hot water.

make no plans for the weekend and enjoy long baths, breakfast out somewhere, afternoon baking , maybe a snooze on the sofa and a good book.

I like to light the candles, put on my pj's, get a glass of wine and watch easy tv.

I love to take my dogs for a long walk along the beach . They have such
a lovely time jumping the waves . That my mind just relaxes I then go to a wonderful beachside cafe for a coffee. Utterly blissful!

In fine weather it would be going out for a walk but in winter definitely a cup of tea and a good book.

My favourite way to relax and unwind is to get the dogs into the campervan, prepare a flask and packed lunch and head out for the day to look at the beautiful scenery with the hubby. It can be coast or country but just somewhere with a great view and a lovely calm safe walk for the dogs, not asking much this is the perfect day for me, I wish everyone could do it.

I relax by getting my art book out and draw or paint. Otherwise I listen to a Paul McKenna relaxation cd, it makes me relax and generally I end up falling asleep.

Yoga, guided meditation via you tube.

I find this time of year (clock changing) very stressful. So I try to get outside as much as possible.
Leaf clearing followed hot homemade soup in the conservatory watching the birds and our resident squirrel has a lovely calming affect on my mind and soul.??

I like to relax in the evening with a cocktail, bar of chocolate and a favourite dvd on the tv. To relax during the day I like to crochet or knit.
