We've teamed up with Puffin Books to celebrate National Grandparents Day and the release of Hey Grandude!, the first children's book written by Paul McCartney and illustrated by Kathryn Durst. Sadly my 2 grandchildren (Aged 4 and 1) live in Tokyo - so it would be a case of THEM taking me out ... I visted Japan in 2001 to see my son and would love to go to Tokyo Disneyland with the little ones!

I would take them to the Galapagos Islands to see the wildlife there so close and unafraid of humans.

Magical Magic Kingdom in Florida, On July 4th which blazes fireworks over the Cinderella Castle to a musical playlist that will have me and Granddaughter mesmerized.

I would like to take them to Mauritius , to see the beautiful island, mountains, and beaches.
The coral reef is truly beautiful, and the wildlife is amazing. We could look at the rare pink pigeon and learn about the dodo, maybe try to find one!

I would take them to Monterey in America. My mum was lucky enough to go there and said it’s the most visually beautiful place she’s ever been. Plus it has so many activities for children.

I would take my grandchildren to the Isle of Wight, where we spent our holidays when their parents growing up, it is one of the beautiful places anyone could go and the people are so friendly and welcoming.
The beaches are so lovely and crystal clear water couldn’t ask for anything more plus loads of interesting places to visit I just no they would love it,it would be nice to build new memories for me as their devoted grandad is sadly no longer with us.
