I take care if I've to nip out for fresh stuff and the ones without masks, the others who just walk past the sanitiser stations and don't do their hands, etc drive me bonkers. Thank you all so much for the support, I love all the photos ❤️ I just spoke with work and our Admin said I should have a whisky toddy, I replied "I can't taste anything so it'd be a waste of whisky ' but I then counter with" well since I can't taste maybe this is the perfect opportunity for me to use up the alcohol that I don't like?' Bless her she thought that was funny. My absence is increasing her workload along with the 2 other managers but they've been really supportive, even saying they will food shop for my parents which nearly had me in tears. I had to say' please don't be nice to me I will cry" I'm not usually given to tears so I wonder if others have felt the same?

Interesting.that you have it after the vaccine - as I thought was going to happen sorry to hear you're feeling poorly.

I feel people think they're immune after one jab - which is not what was stated originally. But will protect the nhs.

Hen asked why he says there are bugs on my face, I can’t see any Alex do you mean germs(he has been told about COVID and why he needs to wash his hands and not touch things when in shops), he said no Nana germs are too small for anyone to see I mean bugs like flu bugs.. not garden bugs. Language is very complicated when you are 3.

What a lovely thread you have caused to happen. All those lovely cat and pet pictures. I used to have cats but not now. Am living in a first floor flat and it's just not practical to have cats.
I was watching 24 hours in A&E last night and a relative of a patient told a nurse that she was an angel. The nurse replied "Oh no! I'm too fat to be an angel. I'd need an enormous pair of wings". It made me laugh. She was delightful with the patients.
Try to concentrate on getting yourself better. Between the lines of your post I read that you are worrying about everyone but yourself. I so hope you feel better soon.

So sorry to hear about your test and that you’re feeling poorly. Look after yourself while you recover no enjoy the cat and per photos. The photo is of our two 10 months half Bengal cats. The male is a very gentle chap whilst his sister is much more feisty!

I'm so, so sorry that after all the care you've taken to keep yourself and others safe the damn virus got you anyway. As others have said, hopefully having had the vaccine will mean you don't need to be hospitalised with it or suffer longer term effects.
