If Johnson had any sense he’d crawl and try to bring back Jermey Hunt, at least he had some idea of what he was doing so would be somewhat of an improvement. I doubt he would agree to return though.

If this disgraced Tory told his wife he was leaving her when his affair became public, I don't know whether to feel sorry for her or congratulate her on getting rid.

Many apologies for excited posting, I was just so elated at getting rid of someone who should never have been appointed in the first place. I will now wait for the Twitter storm to subside and see who emerges. There could be frying pan and fire possibilities, but I will wait for an official announcement. (And mute Dr Phil Hammond!

Sajid Jarvis, a good appointment in my opinion. Much better, more competent and experienced man than Hancock.
