I've just had The Unexpected Gift from Amazon.
I'm glad I'd read about it on here first, or I'd have been imagining all sorts - successful treatment for Non Hodgkins Lymphoma in 2013 played hell with my anxiety: it's a lot better now, it's not constant, but it does tend to do nought to sixty pretty quickly.
Now that I pause to read the leaflet properly, it's only to be used if I have symptoms, which I don't, so I'll wait until I do, of I do. Then, I may be suitable for new treatments, it says.
In the meantime, I'll carry on masking/sanitising/distancing/generally being sensible.
