I'd like to join in too.. I do usually walk quite a bit and swim once or twice a week , I have high BP which is medicated and I could do with losing a bit of weight just find it so hard to stop picking in the evenings.. I have some hand weights by my chair and do a few sets of arm excercises each evening while I watch Eastenders.
Today I've walked for 45 mins which is about my limit as I have Osteo-Arthritis and a hip-replacement if I try to do more I'll pay for it.
Tomorrow will try to get to the pool which is a 20 min walk so it would be good if I could do both the hours swim and the walk there and back..

, got to the gym, did 30 minutes on the exercise bike and 30 minutes in the outdoor pool. The sun was shining, and, honestly, it was glorious. Not to mention how pleased I was with myself.
