Just eaten something I shouldn't and feel so guilty. Don't want to get on the scales now. But I made 2 chocolate cakes and decorated one for a birthday and didn't eat any of that at all, didn't even lick a spoon! I must be really contrary!

There's only so much self-control a girl can muster Alison - your self-control over the chocolate cakes is to be HIGHLY commended!
Well done! One little slip up doesn't ruin everything so put it behind you and forward march! smile Good luck!

Oops been a biit absent this week getting new lap top set up. Only lost half a pound and am a bit worried about a new excema break out which I havent had in years. Could it be the diet? Am I missing something? Started a multivitamin complex today just in case - all suggestions welcome.

Thanks sbasmile I've got a really sociable 4 days now so will need all the self control I can muster, difficult for one who understands Oscar Wilde's well knon @i Can resist anything except temptation!'

susie well done, you are not far away from your target and it is more difficult. If you are having a balanced diet I dont imagine that it would kick in your excema, maybe unrelated but your multivits will straighten any kinks

alison just be strong wink plan ahead and save yourself for when you know the chance of falling of the rails is possible. Enjoy wink

I was once offered by a salesman for a beauty prod company a new product that he assured me would reduce cellulite and fat deposits if I rubbed it in my difficult areas regularly...I quickly declined as it was rather expensive for a 50 ml tube...He did not seem to understand me as it went a very long way and lasted a very long time....But it was the initial outlay that I could not afford...To reduce fat in my difficult areas I would need to fill a barrel and sit in it....

But may try the washing up liquid that sounds a lot more economical and I can fill the shower tray with the dishes at the same time ...save money ..save water..and maybe in time SAVE THE PLANET..
