Monday 9th July weigh in

I've tried playing around with my profile but whatever I do it still says 1200 calories a day. Seems daft to me as I'm only 5ft 2.

I'm only checking the calories, leaving the rest to look after itself!

Alison follow the directions I put on here for jeni just now and you can choose how many calories a day you want, too. Then it will tell you how much you'll lose in 5 weeks, if you follow that preference. Good luck!

Thanks when I think I'll leave it as it is and then feel particularly virtuous when I have all these spare calories at the end of each day! It still tells me how much I will lose if I carry on as I am, based on actual calories and excercise. It is of course totally wrong as I don't lose weight as easily as it thinks I do but that is just something I have to live with. I will just be so jealous of all of you when you lose loads of weight!

I haven't actually changed anything I eat, just by doing this have confirmation that my body is far more fuel efficient than everyone else's. Poo!

No it only gives metric or English, then lbs not the other!

Have you got Preferences, which lists underneath:
Net calorie goal
Workouts/Week
Minutes/Workout
Weight Loss Goal (lbs or kilos)
Units Preference

You can tap on each of these to change them to your own preference, jeni.

You do have to scroll down the 'Edit Profile' page which starts with Personal Details, as they don't appear on the page at first glance - they're further down.

jeni* that's the one - you're almost there - you click on the metric Englih bit and it lets you change it to lbs.

I started off the week doing this quite seriously but by yesterday I got cross with it and ate 4 pieces of shortbread just for the thrill of making it all go red

I've lost 4lbs in the last week since I started. I've lost those extra extra few lbs I put on!

I've only got one n! I don't do the best. That's queens grill all massive suites and a butler. I go princess grill, which is not as expensive!
