I usually water down drinks to save on calories. Appletize and water is my usual tipple. However I fancy a change.

What are your low cal drinks favourites?

I enjoy carbonated water in a tall glass with a fresh slice of lemon daily. Then after 9' ish at night a couple of times a week, a few glasses of wine. I've joined the UK campsite page. There's a bloke who posts on the forum who has a brilliant signature- "a meal withput wine, that would be breakfast!"

I've been drinking lc tonic water every evening for a few months as I understood that it helped with cramp. I must say that it does seem to work (in spite of my doctor brother saying it's a load of rubbish!) but after reading some of these posts and links here I think I'll go back to wine or sparkling water wine

Alex can you be more specific when you say 'a few glasses of wine' ?

I am sitting here at 17.42 with a very nice chilled Amontillado Sherry - very old ladyish.

Don't go riding your mobility scooter Alex after one of your muffle muffle sessions. hmm

yogagran it may be a coincidence but I do find that if I drink a small wineglassful of tonic water before bed I do not get cramp. Surely it can't be psychological as I am asleep!
