How about a thread where we say what exercise we intend to do that day? And then come on say whether we did it? Or not?
You wouldn't have to necessarily do anything huge. No five thousand miles or anything like that. Half hour walking, twenty minutes dancing to Ken Bruce, riding your bike into town if you've got one, (icyalittle has) would be fine. In fact, we would actually have a ban on anything superhuman.
