Grandma2213, I did Zumda twice a week for 5 yrs. I closed after Christmas due to lack of interest. Started off with 40+ people , ended with 5. No other class near me

How about a thread where we say what exercise we intend to do that day? And then come on say whether we did it? Or not?
You wouldn't have to necessarily do anything huge. No five thousand miles or anything like that. Half hour walking, twenty minutes dancing to Ken Bruce, riding your bike into town if you've got one, (icyalittle has) would be fine. In fact, we would actually have a ban on anything superhuman.

I was so hoping this thread wouldn't be resurrected as I have done nothing planned.............I did do two hours in the garden yesterday and a long walk around a shopping centre today. The BB is languishing back in the wardrobe, it looks comfortable so I won't disturb it

Sounds like you're doing alright cornergran. Gardening is good, and you actually get something back in the summer. I can't actually remember what the BB is (it's not bl** bike is it?) but you can't do anything that makes you hurt.
I ride my bike Grannylin. Cycling sounds a bit ambitious for what I do these days.
Body blade jingl. Just the right shape and size to fit neatly in a dark corner.
Childcare counts. Definitely.
I did half hour on exercise bike then sat on my arse for most of rest of the day. Not sure I'm doing this right.
