Hello everyone... my very first post! Joined WW on Wednesday but I'm struggling to understand the programme Must have my Slimming World head on I guess as I've followed that on and off for many years Can anyone give me advice please!

Hi all just checking in to announce I got to goal today! It's the third time for me so hope I can stick to my resolution of weighing in at group at least once a month. How are you all getting on ?

Congratulations chelseababy on reaching your target, doesn't it make you feel good? I still weigh in every week, I've also lowered my target another 7lbs, at SW you have to stay within 3lbs of your target or you have to start paying again, so as I'm still losing weight I lowered my target and have 2lbs to go!

WW has just brought out a new plan which is supposedly more flexible. Lots more zero point foods such as chicken breast and 0% plain yogurt, pulses eggs and fish. Been doing it a week - not sure yet! Well done Gracie - we must keep up the good work!
