Thanks for your encouragement NanKate - I do in fact take Sunday 'off' each week - I call it 'Sin-day' when, although I don't gorge myself, I do allow myself a sweet (if we are out to lunch - at home I don't bother!) and I also have chocolate in the evening!
I won't disappear off the radar I promise - I will continue to monitor at my Sunday weekly weigh-in and record it on my chart but, at one stage, I was getting obsessed and that's no good for any of us.
I am lucky in many ways in that I am not desperately overweight - if you believe the BMI charts I am about 2 stone too heavy but just a stone would make me happy. The trouble is, that it is always that last stone that is the hardest to lose isn't it
I have lost 12lbs though since April so going in the right direction! It is definitely a slow but sure process!
