Every Friday. Done it for years. I think weighing every day would depress me as weight does vary day to day and when I weigh once a week and its gone up I have a week to try and sort it.
That seems sensible. Its such a fraught issue for some people. My mother pointed me in the direction of Weight Watchers when I was 18. A lifetime of obsessing over the number on the scales began.
