Just scoffed a macaroni pie. Absolutely delicious.

Macaroni Calabria followed by lemon cheesecake made by granddaughter. We didn’t have any digestive biscuits for the base so she used crushed weetabix. Good substitute.

Stir fry with a few bits of leftover roast chicken out of the freezer, loads of veg, garlic, red chilli* and ginger* added, a supermarket sachet of sauce, juice of half a lemon.
With medium egg noodles.

It’s my meat and potato pie with cabbage chestnuts and bacon and home grown little carrots. My lovely mixed berry and apple crumble with vanilla cream or custard.

I’m feeling very lazy - fancy a bowl of porridge with cream, then a couple of Tunnocks (other brands are available, apparently) Caramel Wafers and a pot of tea later.
This may change after I’ve had DD2’s dogs out.
