What's for dinner today?

Fish fingers, marinaded baked aubergine, Tesco mashed root veg, Tesco French fries, baby leaf salad with tomatoes and French dressing I invented today. Mackie's ice cream.

I haven’t the faintest idea until it defrosts - it’s either chicken casserole or bean and bacon soup! I really will have to remember to mark the containers!

Vegetable tagine

2nd half of the home made lasagne we had on Sunday. I made a double sized batch and froze half. Following this with red berries and coconut yoghurt. So, little preparation needed today 😁.

Chicken Kievs, broccoli, boiled small potatoes and peppercorn sauce. I don’t eat dessert, husband will have ice cream.

New potatoes ‘roasted’ in the air fryer, with Greek salad. Apple crumble and crème fraiche.

Seem to have been eating all day with visitors. So just Welsh Rarebit on toast, plus a pear tonight.

Well that worked well! It wasn’t either of the above mystery options but a very hearty ham hock and lentil stew! Who knew!🤪

Homemade fish pie,haddock/cod/prawns,parsley sauce/mashed spuds,side veggies are broccoli/peas and carrots.

Cod with butter sauce, mashed potatoes and sweetheart cabbage.
Yummy.

Beef stew with lots of veg and a few dry roast potatoes

Herby lamb cobbler with mashed potato, cabbage and broad beans followed by satsumas.

Marsala chicken, mini roasted potatoes, peas and some other veg.

Going out to local Indian Restaurant, so I will have Tandoori King Prawn dish and share rice and vegetables with DH #lazygran

As always on a Friday, home cooked fish and chips.
