Lunch:
Prepared a Zuppa di Pesce, a shellfish and fish stew with tomatoes de-seeded and peeled, Extra virgin olive oil, garlic, leek, shallot, dry white wine, sea bass, northern haddock and fresh cod with mussels and clams. Prepared in a Dutch Oven, stove top.
A lovely Cambados Albariño Pazo de Señorans and fruits with cheese assortment for dessert ..

Lunch:
Today, I prepared homemade Moussaka with green bell peppers, ground beef, dry red wine, tomato paste, Italian style tinned tomatoes San Marzano, onion, extra virgin olive oil, paprika, a pinch of nutmeg and aubergines.
Turned out lovely.
The wine was a Greek Rosé from Crete - very refreshing.
Dessert: Greek yogurt with fresh fruits - strawberries and blue berries and peaches.
