thinking about pennies for the gas meter I could smell the different soaps etc immediately my mind went to yardleys lipstick that mum used to wear and spent a few minutes of nostalgia,wearing her high heels and playing mumsmile

Gaberdine didn't really keep us dry did it? I seem to remember the rain soaking through the shoulders.

I remember the smell of the oilcloths we used to put on our wooden desks at lunch times in Primary school. We would eat our cooked meals at our desks in the classroom. I liked school dinners especially the puddings and custard.
