Fed up with pain

Now you are feeling better - just a little 'joke'.

I made a shopping list some time ago- in English. Left it on the kitchen table to add to until I did go shopping- and added a few items a couple of times.

When I checked it at the supermarket, I noticed the 'pain' in the middle of the list - and just couldn't work it out- why did I not put 'paracetamol' or 'ipobrufen'??? Then I realised I needed 'bread' ... it was the only item in French on the list, for some reason.

Another time I put 'piles' on the list (I needed batteries for the torch- but again it took me a while to realise !)

Only just seen this bags, glad you're feeling slightly more up today.
I have bad knee pain some of the time and it certainly drags me down. I don't know how you cope so well when the pain is relentless.

Interesting to read this thread. I have osteoporosis and arthritis and my knees are very weak but fortunately I am not at the stage of experiencing pain like so many are. I will look up your link opelessgran15 and have a go at the excercises to try and keep supple for as long as possible. Thank you for posting it.

So sorry for all those who are suffering constant pain. Hope there is improvement soon

I hope you are feeling a bit better thatbags. Is there a pool near you where the water is a lot warmer? There is one a drive away from me and I have been a few times when I lived nearer but not been for a while due to not being able to get there. I have just had a light bulb moment, I now have my car and can now get there! Yeah! When I feel a bit better, I will attempt tp get there - if only for the hot chocolate! A new costume calling perhaps?

Also, thinking when I have more space, to get a small home sauna, it might help with my pain.
