Body age

Lucky you Mumsy I am a 54 year old with the body age of 57 !

Mind you not sure how being an optimist or a pessimist effects your BODY age? Mental age maybe?

Likewise how does having support or not, effect your body age?

I am quite slim, not overweight (or under tall) I eat healthy and have never smoked.

Im 68 with a body of a 54 yr old! mmmmm wonder what happened!

Not surprised though.

If you've smoked for more than a couple of years they seem to bump your body age up by at least 20 years!

5 years younger....I don't always feel it though

Oh dear I just made the mistake of entering DH's details and he came out 22yrs older than his birth age... at least he laughed about it..
