Sorry to hear this Yorkshiregirl, do try to keep up the positivity though, I am convinced that is what got me through my cancer. I was lucky that I only had 3 months of chemo, no radiotherapy then a radical cystectomy with ileal conduit and urostomy. I take delight in the fact that I no longer have to get up in the night for a pee and I also don't have to sit on public loo seats as I can now do it standing up. My best wishes to you and I hope you find a way to get through this. x

Aww bless you Yorkshire girl. I was in your position 21 years ago, aggressive breast cancer, mastectomy, total axillary clearance (lymph nodes) lots of chemo & follow up treatment etc. but obviously I'm still here! At the time my imagination was far worse than the reality. Keep up with the physiotherapy, even on the days when it's the last thing you want to do because it is so worth it in the long run. Be kind to yourself & only associate with those who truly care about you. Everything else can wait. I'm a Yorkshire girl too ( make us tough up here!) & always here if you want to chat x

I'm 3yrs post mastectomy so have been there and I feel for you take one day at a time try to get out every day even if it's not for long .has others have said do the excercises it's worth it look after yourself . I'm another tough Yorkshire girl .we are here to support you .
