Maybe I'm one of the lucky ones, but I'm getting a bit concerned now.
I've always been slim, my parents were both very thin too, as are most of of the family.
But I've noticed recently that I' seem to be getting thinner, and I feel the cold more.
I would like to put on a bit of weight, so what foods are good for that?
I quite like a 'fry-up' but otherwise not much fried foods.
