MamaCaz Has the final review of the Innovo been on GN yet? I saw the first one but may have missed the second.
I'm going to make myself a peppermint tea now as I have over indulged at lunch and suffering like you Kitty !

By the way perhaps we should ask Miriam M the answer!

Atqui Not as far as I know - if you have missed it, so have I smile

Peppermint tea is amazing - gets rid of it all.

Charcoal tablets from health food shops as well - but they leave your lips black and don’t taste as nice as peppermint tea!

In Germany there is a product called Lefax which dissolves all pockets of wind and as it just passes through the body and isnot absorbed it has no side effects- except that the painful wind dissolves and goes away.
Ask the chemist to find out what its called in the UK.

I suffer terribly with this - Windeeze is helpful but when it's really bad I lie on the floor and do some sit ups - I just make sure I'm on my own grin I have tried peppermint tea and charcoal tablets (I think these have been banned now) over the years too.

Given that the xmas season of feasting has been with us. Have you thought about what you have been eating in realtion to this trapped wind? Anyone been at the sprouts?.

I think that my digestive upset might have been related to the dreaded virus!

Walking round to move it made me smile. When visiting DH's brother who lived near Sidmouth, it was customary to visit the nearby donkey sanctuary. DH and I soon learned not to follow his wife on the walk or, if it was unavoidable, to lag a fair way behind! shock

I bought charcoal tablets last year I think! They are weird though.

We did not serve sprouts this year and what a difference grin

Another idea, which I'd forgotten, is to use your stomach muscles (if you've got any left). Pull in and out vigorously as long as possible.
