Biopsy

I wouldn’t see it as a bad sign at all dragonfly . Often when things aren’t right they get you back ASAP . Maybe just a patient backlog? Having had biopsies earlier this year I know how worrying the wait can be. Fingers crossed all will be fine

Probably more due to a backlog in the laboratory than anything else. Please don't make it worry you (any more than it already is).

They have just rung to say the results are in so going this afternoon. Feel sick now!!

I can't think of anything worse than waiting for results. Besides being on edge you can neither think straight nor eat. Usually when your mind runs amok it's not the result that was expected and the relief is enormous.

Not so good. I was diagnosed with breast cancer growing outside the breast. Have already had blood tests, mammogram and ecg. Got ct scan on Sunday and MRI on Monday. Get the results on 13th.

Sorry dragonfly. I think we all know how well treatment and recovery rates have improved so every reason to be optimistic but you still have the hassle of treatment to get through. Lots of advice on here from grans who have experience and lots of good vibes winging your way.

Im glad to hear that they are acting promptly which I understand will be very hard for you but good to know you are being looked after without too much waiting. I can’t pretend to know how you must be feeling but do please try and stay positive and stay with GN . There’s usually someone pootling about here most times of the day and night . I get really bored at work so never be frightened to PM me for a chat any time . Stay strong xx
