Why no cushion covers?

In 'the good old days' it was possible to buy new cushion covers without the pad in them. I'm moving house and we will have a new colour scheme, but after looking around, I can see that I'm going to end up with far too many cushion pads just to get new covers. Or does anyone know a good source that I haven't discovered (other than poor quality cheapo ones)?

IKEA have them. Also Matalan, Dunelm.

Dunelm & John Lewis are great for cushion covers. As for toy stuffing old cushion pad should not be used for children’s toys as they must pass the toy standard test.

It's the first thing that came to mind.
I couldn't bear to think of NEW pads being thrown away.

HomeOrAway, this might be too late now, but Kaleidoscope Home and Fashion had some nice cushion covers.

HomeorAway I'm not sure if you want the pads or covers but if you have an independent drapers (yes they still exist!) near you then try there

I bought a few covers from
www.purecushions.co.uk/cushions

Made in Britain and I can vouch for the good quality, more expensive though
