Key safes or alternatives

I'm rapidly approaching 80 and am not that secure on my legs, thanks to arthritis , poor balance and gout. I live on my own and if I fall, I know I will have the utmost difficulty getting up. Even if I can get to a phone, the problem will be that I have a deadlock on the front door so no one can get in. There is a key buried in the front garden, but it would be difficult to explain all that.
So I am thinking of getting a key safe. I mean a heavy metal box which would be attached to the outside wall, and a number code set by me would be the only way of opening it.

I have been looking online and in particular at one called "police approved Supra P 500ProKeysafe" ( P - not C which is a less superior version)
I would be interested in hearing if anyone has got this model, or indeed if anyone recommends a different one.

(Incidentally I have a very good neighbour who I would trust with a key, but her husband has dementia and has a tendency to squirrel away items which she then has great difficulty finding, so I know it would worry her to have the responsibility.

I had to access a key from such a box and I found it very difficult to see the code numbers at dusk.

I have a very small, but quite powerful, little torch, it is about two inches long and round, perhaps double the size, say of a cigarette (sorry cannot think of a more appropriate comparison). Easily kept in handbag, purse mine is on my key ring. Ideal if a keysafe is bady lit.

Grantanow I am partially sighted and cannot do it at any time. I would have to wait for a person passing to help me. Not too bad because I live in a small mews so I could knock on somebody's door.

Does one have to programme Alexa to ring for an ambulance?

I have one the same as Norah and I use it myself to get in though I could take a key with me. Several people know the number.
My DMiL has had the key safe for a few years with an easy to remember code.
My DS and his entire family were locked out recently and had to call a locksmith which set them back £80. I hope they will leave a key with a neighbour in future.

You can do your utmost to stay safe inside your house but you cannot provide for every unexpected event.

My poor DM lay for 13 hours with a broken hip before she was found. She had a buzzer but it wasn't round her neck.

A mobile phone is a good idea and neighbours with keys.
