If you were given £10k to spend on your bedroom , what would you buy?

If it has to be on a bedroom, I’d include my en-suite and easily spend the lot. I’d replace my current fitted wardrobes, then go mad with new sanitary fittings, with perhaps even a Japanese toilet.

I’m curious about these questions too - pointless, but harmless?

Lots of silly questions from this poster I think. Yes, I know, I don’t have to answer them, and I’m not going to, but I’ll hazard a guess in that these questions will cease come early September.

I'd buy a one way ticket to USA and pay a fixer to drive someone to the airport .

Fitted carpet and proper curtains. About £2,000. Rest on a holiday.

Renew the ensuite and re tile the shower I think. It would cost more than that,though.

Can I divert it and spend it on a new roof...just having had the bad news it won't last much longer...

I really wouldn’t spend it on any room in the house. I’d go on a good holiday.

A bit of a survey here?

Air-conditioning, new bed matress, pillows and bedding, ceiling fan, new carpet..... the list goes on and on!

I’d divert it to any other part of the house. My bedroom is just for sleeping in so I shall never replace the old pine furniture or the second-hand bed. The pretty homemade curtains and lamp shades will see me out.
