Strangely enough I visited a similar flat when I worked in London and there was a secure bike room at ground level so it may pay to enquire.

A secure bike room - that's posh. I thought it was customary to keep ones bike on the balcony.

You are correct. You may be amazed there are a lot of cyclists living in expensive London flats.
£2,000,000 plus.

Not really amazed, Frank. It's got to be easier cycling to work if you live in London than driving or using public transport.
