Oh so that's OK is it? Having a dig or criticising people with money? I agree with GrannyGravy13. If any poster was to admit to having a Coutts account they would probably be accused of being boastful regarding their finances.
At the risk of being unpopular on this issue on GN, I have always said that people with money are still people, many of them nice people, who experience life's problems and tragedies like anyone else.
Agreed, of course, And I know quite a few- so no dig from me.
But the Coutts rules are clear
'*To open an account all UK clients and expats are required to save £3m+ or borrow (such as through a mortgage) or invest more than £1m with Coutts. *
if someone, be he Farage or Miller, you or me, no longer fulfil those criteria, their accounts are closed- and in the case of Farage, an other account offered with a sister bank, so he can go about his 'business'.
