Meet up for North East,Tyne and Wear or Northumberland

I wish I could come and meet you all.I can get to Newcastle in about 45 mins. from where I live. Unfortunately I'm not available this Friday, have other commitments. Didn't see this post until the weekend just past.I'm fairly new to GN and it would be lovely to put faces to names. Maybe next time!

We are a friendly lot. I am about 45 minutes away from Newcastle too taking into account a decent walk followed by Metro journey. I do hope you can make it next time.

Hope to meet you next time hildaj you'd be very welcome, I think we all have to travel in from outside Newcastle as it's a convenient for meeting up for most of us.

Remember the noise we made nattering when it was absent's leaving 'do' in Darlington? We made such a racket - and I know it's going to be just the same this time!

I remember it well Marelli infact I will never forget it as I fell down twisted my ankle and cracked my knee cap. Poor glassortwo had to practically carry me to the station. Didn't half get "the look" from DH when I got home ! Ha ha...... and I only had one glass honest !
