moomin The Scotland train doesn't arrive until 12 so we will have to make it a little later, but if we book that shouldn't be a problem.

I`ve just checked the trains, the cheapest way on that date is with 2 single tickets, and it`s £76.50, a bit steep really, for a couple of hours, and I wouldn`t arrive in Newcastle till 12.40pm.

Table booked Panis for Friday 11th, 12pm booked for 10 people. I have included GillieB in case you can make it and have a spare seat if anyone else would like to tag along.

The only condition on making the booking was that we had some of the party there for 12 to secure the table, as they dont usually take lunch time bookings so can I ask a local Gnetter to arrive for 12 and I will follow when the Edinburgh train arrives, should only be a few mins behind you.

Thanks for everyone's good wishes. DGS has at last stopped losing weight and seems to have avoided the dreaded jaundice. DDil is in twice a day as I said - it's hard work for everyone, I am afraid; but we are not the first family that this has happened to.

Anyway, more good news. DDil's DM is going to childmind on a Tuesday (when we have my DD's two DC) and a Friday in future, so I will be able to come next Friday. I am really pleased to have the opportunity to renew friendships again.

Helloooooo "laydieeessss" just got back from that "hot and dusty place" called IBIZA ......... Yahoo!!!!! Missed you all lots and lots (well a little bit anyway) are we meeting on Friday or not? I' m confused . (Wouldn't be the first time) have jiggled my work next week to start/finish early on Friday so would appreciate knowing whether we are on/off ASAP please. BTW I love Pannis . It's loud, vibrant, friendly and the food is always very good. Xx

I don't "do" sunbathing moomin so have a bit of a half hearted suntan. Orange freckled legs and arms and an extra white torso ! Not a pretty site I can assure you.
